The Suppliers page is a list of all your contacts or service providers and their details. The names, star-ratings, price ranges, country flag and city, phone numbers, email addresses and contract end dates are shown. Suppliers can be filtered alphabetically or by category.

Supplier pages come with four tabs.

• Calendar and Rooms/Services
• Map
• Contracts (with suppliers – upload in PDF)

This Guests section will have the complete list of all your clients. It is also where you can add new guests or update the existing. The list can be sorted alphabetically by name, city, phone, email, etc. Guests’ accounts are ‘active’ when they are able to view/download their itineraries, quotes, vouchers, etc. from their access page in the system. There, they can also directly communicate with you.
