What is included in the price?
The rates are all inclusive with online and/or Skype support.
How much does support cost?
Online support is free. We provide Skype (or a similar system) and an online ticketing support. Certain issues might be resolved through our online ticketing support system, so in this case Skype support will not be necessary.
What are your hours of support?
Our support hours are Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM CET (Central European Time). We are closed on Austrian national holidays. We respond to support tickets as soon as possible, most likely within 24 hours. In case of emergencies we will try to solve your issue with the highest priority.
Is the R24k Travel Manager connected to GDS systems?
No. We are not connected to Sabre, Amadeus or any other GDS systems. If requested, this option can be discussed.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely, yes. All your data are saved on a secure server with an encrypted connection. You get a dedicated server space, just for you, shared with no-one else. The server is configured to have multiple backups per day.
Do I need to install software on my computer?
No. The R24k Travel Manager is a cloud-based platform and runs in your browser. Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari are supported browsers. This software runs perfectly on Mac, Windows, and on Linux. Minimum recommended screen size is 1366 x 768 pixels. We are working on a tablet version with 1024 x 768 pixels.
