R24k Travel Companion Support



The R24k Travel Companion app turns the itinerary built by your travel agent into a mobile travel guide. Your full trip, day-by-day schedule, vouchers, maps, and points of interest are all available on your phone, online and offline.
Getting started
You do not need to create an account. Your travel agent provides a six-character trip code once your trip is confirmed. Open the app, enter the code, and your trip unlocks on your device.
Where do I get my trip code?
Your travel agent sends the code by email, WhatsApp, or on paper. It looks something like AS4FT5F.
My code does not work
Check that you entered all six characters correctly. Codes are not case sensitive. If it still does not work, contact your travel agent to confirm the code is active.
I lost my code
Your travel agent can resend it. The app stores your code on your device after first use, so you only need to enter it once per installation.
Using the app
Day by Day
Tap any day to see the full itinerary for that day, including hotels, activities, transfers, and flights. A map at the top shows all locations for your trip.
Vouchers
All PDF vouchers for hotels, tours, transfers, and flights are listed here. Tap a voucher to open it. Vouchers stay available offline once the app has loaded them.
Points of Interest
Each destination on your trip has a list of points of interest such as museums, landmarks, and beaches. Tap any item to read more and see its location on the map.
Info
This tab contains your travel agent’s contact details, emergency number, and useful travel information.
Updates from your travel agent
If your travel agent changes anything in your itinerary, the update arrives automatically the next time the app connects to the internet. A red badge on the Day by Day icon shows when there are new updates to review.
Offline access
The app works offline once your trip is loaded. We recommend opening each tab at least once while connected to WiFi before your trip begins, to ensure all data and vouchers are cached on your device.

For questions about your trip, itinerary, bookings, or vouchers, please contact your travel agent directly. They have full access to your booking and can make changes.
Privacy
The app only displays trip data that your travel agent has shared with you. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Compatibility
R24k Travel Companion is designed for iPhone running iOS 15 or later. It may also run on iPad in compatibility mode, though it is not optimized for the larger screen.
