Having trouble with the R24k Travel App?

My Trip Code isn’t working

Please check the following:

  • Ensure you have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data) when adding a trip for the first time.
  • Verify the 6-character code provided by your travel agent. It usually consists of letters and numbers (e.g., R24K99).
  • The code is not case-sensitive.

“Trip Not Found” Error

If the app says the trip cannot be found, it is possible that your itinerary has not been finalized by your agent yet. Please contact your travel agent to confirm your trip is ready for the app.

Images or Maps are missing

The app attempts to download all images when you first load the trip. If the download was interrupted, try removing the trip (tap “Remove” on the home screen) and adding it again while on a strong Wi-Fi connection.
