Thai Travel Dreams Starts with the R24k Travel Manager

August 7, 2026

Thai Travel Dreams is working with the R24k Travel Manager. The trial period is behind us and the agency has decided to continue, which is the moment we prefer to write about rather than the first login.

The agency, operating as Isan Discovery Travel Co. Ltd from Khon Kaen in northeastern Thailand, has been putting together individual holidays in Thailand for more than twenty years, with a Dutch speaking agent on the ground and travellers coming mainly from the Netherlands and Germany.

We already knew each other before this. R24k built and maintains their website, so moving the quotation side of the business into the Travel Manager was a natural next step rather than a leap into the unknown.

A modular programme meets a modular system

Thai Travel Dreams does not sell one fixed catalogue. Guests choose a round trip, or they combine day tours and building blocks by region across Central Thailand, the North, the Northeast and the South, or they describe their own ideal trip and get a proposal back. Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, Chiang Mai, Khao Sok, Krabi, Koh Chang and Koh Lanta all appear in different combinations, next to the quieter Isaan programmes that most operators skip.

That way of working is exactly what the Quotation Manager was designed for. Descriptions live once in the Text Manager, images live once in the Photo Manager, and every new quotation draws from that library instead of starting in an empty document. The Find button lets an agent pull up an earlier itinerary and adapt it, so a fifteen day trip does not have to be rebuilt from the ground up every time a new request comes in.

Dutch and German out of the same file

Thai Travel Dreams publishes in Dutch and in German. Both are supported in the Travel Manager, alongside English, French, Spanish and Italian. A quotation is built once and can go to the guest in their own language, without a second version drifting out of sync in a separate folder.

From quotation to booking

Once a proposal is accepted it becomes a live booking in the Booking Manager. Hotels, transport and services are confirmed from there, with invoices, email tracking and a daily to do list in the same place. For an agency running individual trips across half the country at the same time, that single overview is worth more in high season than any single feature.

It is the same DMC travel software that agencies in Cambodia, Finland, Norway, Indonesia and Australia use every day, adapted to how each of them actually works.

We are glad to have Thai Travel Dreams on board and we look forward to seeing their Thailand programmes come through the system.
