A few of our clients (DMCs) are working together to create quotations for their guests. One has a DMC in Cambodia (Cambodian Travel Partner), and the other one in Vietnam (Verrassend Vietnam).

Sometimes, guests travel to two or more countries for their holidays.

We have made it easy for DMCs to import and export their quotations and work together.

No more copying and pasting information; quotations can be imported with just a few clicks.

Imported quotation

The first DMC creates the quotation, the second DMC imports it in their Travel Manager; adds the necessary services/activities and accommodation for their part of the trip and sends it to the end customer. This saves them a lot of time!

The second DMC cannot change the imported quotation, only on the change day, they can add services, activities or accommodation.

Cambodian Travel Partner and Verrassend Vietnam are testing this functionality and will be rolled out later to everyone.
