In September 2023 we announced the Quotation Views Map launch. With this new feature, agencies had their first look at how opened quotations could be visualised on a world map. At launch, the system showed whether a quotation was opened by staff or by guests, with the option to hide staff views if required.
This initial Quotation Views Map launch was only the first step. The goal was to give agencies a clear visual tool instead of plain numbers, making it easier to see where engagement came from. Even in its early form, the feature proved valuable for identifying the regions where quotations were being opened most often.
Over time, client feedback encouraged further development. The map has since been refined and improved, and it is now a standard part of our DMC Travel Software. Agencies use it every day to gain quick, anonymous insights into how their quotations are being viewed worldwide.

The Quotation Views Map is powered by Mapbox, allowing us to present a clear and scalable world map view of opened quotations.
