Collaborate Across Borders: Quotation Import Feature for DMCs

Travel agencies across the world now have a faster way to work together. With the Travel Manager quotation import feature, DMCs in Cambodia, Vietnam, and beyond can share and combine itineraries in just a few clicks.

Until recently, this meant exporting files, copying and pasting quotations, and emailing versions back and forth. It worked — but it wasted time and created confusion.

Travel Manager Quotation Import: A Clean Solution for Multi-Country Trips

Travel Manager (TM) now offers a quotation import/export feature that makes collaboration between DMCs smooth and efficient.

The new Travel Manager quotation import makes this kind of handover simple and structured – no back-and-forth edits or email clutter. Here’s how it works:

  • One DMC creates the first part of the itinerary in TM
  • The second DMC imports that quotation into their own TM account
  • They add their services, activities, and accommodations
  • The client receives a clean, complete, and professional quotation

Why It’s Better Than Copy-Paste

This feature is already helping DMCs like Cambodian Travel Partner and Verrassend Vietnam save hours per project. No more manual edits, broken formatting, or duplicated work.

The imported quotation is locked by default. That means the second DMC can’t change the original details – only add to it – creating trust and clarity between partners.

Travel Manager Quotation Import Now Available for All R24K Travel Manager Users

This feature is live for all Travel Manager users. If you regularly handle multi-country quotations or work closely with partner DMCs, this will simplify your workflow immediately.

“We used to copy and paste everything. Now I can just import and focus on my part. It’s faster and safer – and the quotation looks great.”
— Thomas in Vietnam

This update is a follow-up to our earlier post on DMC collaboration. Read the original post here to see how Cambodian Travel Partner and Verrassend Vietnam first tested the feature.
