The Photo Manager is the central place in the Travel Manager to organise and manage all images used in your travel quotations. From hotel photos to destination highlights, it helps you present proposals that are both visually appealing and easy to maintain.
Uploading and tagging
You can upload multiple images at once by clicking Select Images. For each uploaded image, you can add:
- Country
- City
- Service
- Category
Category specific features
If you choose the category “Hotel”, you can link the image to a specific hotel. The hotel must first be added in the Suppliers section. The first five images linked to a hotel will automatically appear in your guest’s quotation.
Image format requirements
- General images: Minimum 450px by 450px. Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG, and PNG.
- Slider images: High quality, maximum 2MB. Recommended width at least 2000px.
- PDF header images: Ratio 3 to 1. Recommended 2400px by 800px.
Efficiency tools
- Create reusable photo category groups for quick insertion into packages and quotations.
- Store up to five location specific images per location, then insert them into a daily description with a single click.
